About a week ago, we decided to go visit the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. It is about 10 minutes from our house and the weather was perfect.
First stop, the Monkeys! She talked about them most of the morning.
After the Monkey's, Harper and Daddy got up close and personal with the Meerkats.
Next up, the petting zoo.
Harper loved chasing around the goats.
Flamingos were just around the corner. They were so neat.
quite possibly her favorite exhibit...Coca Cola Classic!
The kid was obsessed with the coke machine.
We saw the tigers ...
Red Pandas...
Lions...
Giraffe's...
She loved the Giraffes. They were so close and walking around a lot.
Next stop, the Elephants
We had such a fun day at the Zoo...we decided to become Members! You will find us there a lot!
We are members too and it's always a fun place to go year round! A zoo membership is something that you can get a lot of use out of, plus it pay for itself in about 3 visits! Glad she enjoyed it so much!
