It's Football Time in Tennessee

GO BIG ORANGE!
I have not been back to Knoxville in YEARS.
I cannot remember the last game I have attended.
I was pretty excited when Josh said he got us tickets to the Florida Game (minus my fear of getting a migraine in the heat).  It was a checker board game and were in the orange section.
We BEAT Florida!
What a win and first game back!
GO VOLS!

Dollie & Me Tea Party!

This year, we had a "Dollie & Me" tea party for Harper, Isabelle (new American Girl), and a few friends.  It was the perfect theme for Harper & Isabelle. The girls started off by making paper plate hats and then sat down for tea.  After tea, we had a fashion show with the girls and their dolls.  It was a great day!
On Harper's actual birthday, she celebrated with cinnamon rolls, cupcakes with her classmates, and ended the day in a competitive game of Collect the Jewels Princess Pop Up game.
Happy Birthday Harper! I cannot believe you are 5. It really is true, the days are long but the years are short.  I cannot believe you have been in our lives for 5 years.
We love you so much!

Grandparents reading week

Last week our kids were super lucky to have their grandparents come read at school!  This was the first time for the boys. I know they were so excited to visitors just for them!.  Harper was very proud as well.
Thanks for reading Nana & Gov and Bossy & Paw Paw (bossy not pictured)

Harper's Trip to The American Girl Store

As a special treat for Harper's birthday, Bossy and Nana took her to get her first American Girl Doll.  She has been asking for one for months...so I thought this would be such a fun night!  We surprised her by meeting at the store and she was so excited!  She decided to pick out a "Truly Me" doll...the ones that look just like you.

Meet Isabelle!  She has brown hair, brown eyes, tan skin, her ears pierced, and a dress that matches Harper!
After we got Isabelle and all her outfits/accessories, we all had dinner in the American Girl Cafe.
Harper had the best time...and so did we!

She even got to decorate her own cupcake

She had a wonderful experience that she will never forget.
Thank you Nan and Bossy!
