Last year for Halloween, we did a huge "Saloon Theme" party made complete by Frank the Rocking Horse. I found him for $1 at goodwill and felt he would be the perfect fit. He had horrible hair, cob webs all over him, and was looking a bit rough (sorry, no complete before pic). Also, not sure why we named him Frank, but we did.
I told myself that when we had kids, I might spruce Frank up a bit...and that is just what we did! All he needed was a hair removal treatment, can of spray paint, new hair extensions, a little TLC, and he was good to go!
