When you first glance at Harper, her hair seems long. Usually b/c I put it in a ponytail or pig tails (almost daily). What you don't really see is that her top layer of hair is the only part that grows. Literally, all the underneath doesn't come past her shoulders.
Since I secretly want to do hair, I decided to trim it myself. I cut my friends hair in college...and Aubrie's once. She won't let me do that again! :)
ANYWAY, I realized a small trim wasn't worth $25. So I got my fave gal pal a sucker and trimmed about 1 inch off the sides and back of the long part.

Before (wet) and after. Not a very obvious difference, but her first trim no less.
She did great! I think it was the sucker.
