Harper met Harley in preschool - before she moved to London. Fast forward a few years, and she ended up living next door to Bossy & Pawpaw. They played off and on when we were there, and eventually there two ended up at middle school together. They were dancing for the school when Hartley let Harper know she was moving to Texas. Just before the end of school, Hartley had a super sweet going away party & photoshoot. Harper gave her a keychain locket with the last pics.
