Christmas Eve 2019

One of my favorite traditions is celebrating Christmas is the Christmas Eve service at Brentwood Baptist Church.  We were able to spend time with Bossy and Paw Paw and then had dinner at Mazatlan after (for the 4th year in a row). We love the candles and really taking time to celebrate Jesus and his birth.

Christmas Fun

Here is a random collection of photos from our Christmas Season.  Some highlights include Harper's class party, Grinch Day, Impact (church) choir and sign language for Harper, Primrose pajama party and sing-a-long, decorating the kids trees, events, and Santa fun!  We have had such a fun and busy Christmas season!

Merry Meadows Christmas

What a fun month!
As always, the holidays fly by.
One minute it's Halloween, the next minutes it's January.
This Christmas was no exception!
As our children get older, we are trying to teach them the real reason we celebrate...Harper half listens and then just wants to open presents.
One day it will sink in! :)
Here are some pictures that sum up our Christmas this year.

My 3 little Reindeer in their Christmas PJs!

Harper tested out a few cookies before leaving a plate for Santa
HE CAME!
SANTA CAME!

(I used a cool new app to "paint" my photos)
Harper was the first one to see if Santa came!

Safe to say we had some pretty happy kids on Christmas morning!
For lunch, the Gatlin crew came over for some dirty Santa!
One of my favorite traditions.

During naps, Harper had a little rest time on the porch with Max, the gift she won in dirty Santa.
They even took a little rest on the new Christmas swing from Nana & the Gov.

That night, we went to Church for the Christmas Eve celebration
{Santa visited us a day early b/c we traveled on 12/25}

One of my favorite parts of Christmas
The next morning, we dressed the same and loaded up the car to head to Grandmother's house.

Harper, Grandmother, and Nana with Harper's new Christmas fans.
Trucks, Trucks, and more Trucks!
These boys sure got a lot of "boy toys"

Building with Lily - they are so proud

We even go to visit Aunt Virginia in the hospital.

Dancing with Weston
The best Christmas present would be the "balloon hands" from hospital.
Playing in the sand with Grandmother and Weston
When we got home, we opened our presents from Hoppy & Seesaw!

Our last stop on the Christmas train was a visit to Bossy & Pawpaws.
The boys were so excited to discover their gifts in the Tree-pee
(Bossy's version of a Christmas tree this year).

Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas!!
