For Christmas, we surprised Harper with a 3-day trip to Disney World!
After months of planning, we were ready for our trip!
We wanted the chance to take her on a "Princess Tour" and explore/meet all things Princess!
We wanted the chance to take her on a "Princess Tour" and explore/meet all things Princess!
We flew out super early on Friday morning, stopped by our hotel for a hot second, and then we straight to Magic Kingdom!
We stayed in the Art of Animation Resort in the Little Mermaid Room
It was a hit with our Princess Lover!
WE'RE HERE!
We walked right up to the castle and a fun show was just beginning.
She was in awe.
As the show ended, we had just enough time to get to our first reservation, Lunch at Beast's Castle.
"Try the Gray Stuff It's Delicious. Don't Believe Me Ask the Dishes"
Harper loved the gray stuff!
Belle and her prince!
After lunch, we went over to ride Ariel's ride and she a a little nervous (you had to talk to a cave to get there). So the nice cast member at the front of the line asked if she wanted to ask Ariel if it was scary. We were escorted over to Ariels' grotto and waited behind one other little girl to meet Ariel.
It was pretty special!
After that, we jumped on the ride!
From there, we rode Goofy's Barnstormer
She played the part of a Dish in the story of Beauty and the Beast
She even got to meet Belle.
After that, we saw the end of the afternoon parade (more on this parade on day 3)
She loved seeing Mickey/Minnie and Friends...but really, only from the parades.
After the parade, we went to Pixie Hollow to meet Tinkerbell.
We did a little walking and found Harper's Mill in Frontier Land.
We stumbled upon Aladdin and Harper just had to show him her Jasmine Doll.
He was so nice. He even invited her to the castle when she asked where Abu was.
She keeps talking about that invite.
After meeting Aladdin, we had to ride the magic carpet ride.
We then took the train back to Fantasyland just in time to go meet Merida.
Merida was pretty great! She talked about her triplet brothers and Harper told her about her twin brothers.
After meeting Merida, we jumped in line to ride "it's a small world". I remember this ride from when I was 6. It's crazy that I was riding it with my daughter all these years later.
After it's a small world and peter pan's flight, we found a great spot for the electrical parade.
After a very long day, our little princess passed out in line for the bus back to our hotel.
We are excited to see what day 2 has in store!
