Birmingham Bound!

Over the weekend, Kim and I decided to load up the girls and head to Birmingham to see The Elkins Family.

This was Harper's first road trip with friends and the ride down was a slight disaster...let's just say, it was nap time and no one slept. 

A long 3 hours later, we arrived at our destination and playtime began immediately!

The girls immediately started playing together...Dress Up being the activity of choice.
This was Harper's first Dress Up experience and she loved it! 

After a quick costume change, we had some snacks.

Here are all the kiddos eating dinner...it was a full house!

After dinner, the kids had more fun playing and getting ready for bed.

Mary Whitley was clearly tired, she passed out sitting up!

The next morning we woke up and had more dress up!

Sweet Bennett was clearly out numbered. 

After dress up, we hit the local street market for some shopping, Popsicles, and mist tent! 

They loved cooling off under in the water.

After the market, we stopped by one of Jordan's friend's houses and had a little outdoor fun.

Time for Naps!

Evey and Harper opted for a little pre-nap Sofia.

After nap, we packed our bags, loaded the car, and had to say goodbye to our friends.

It was a quick 24-hour trip, but we had a great time!
