Lucky Ladd Farms

This year, October kind of snuck up on us and Josh and I realized we had a lot going on. We love going to Lucky Ladd Farms for pumpkins and fun.  The first weekend in October we realized it was the only one we were all in town for and so we made a mad dash to Lucky Ladd.
They were closing most of the rides when we go there, but we still had a great time picking pumpkins and seeing the animals!

Family Vacation 2015

Family Vacation 2015
This year, we teamed up with the Hicklens and took a trip to Orange Beach, Alabama.
We left on Harper's 4th birthday and we could not wait to get to the beach!
Birthday movie (Descendants) for the car ride
Loaded up!
I ended up in the back with fussy children
Once we arrived, Harper got her other birthday presents, mermaid tails for her and two friends!
Of course, she picked Mary Whitley and Audrey.

The first full day we were there, (after telling them not to run 20 times) Harper ran into a door knob.

the boys loved their first time at the beach!
They just sat and played and played and played!

the girls had fun too!
The progression of the eye
Our view from the condo
I loved that we had amazing views, we were on one floor, and we didn't have to worry about children escaping.
Sweet Susannah seemed to enjoy her time on our trip as well!

This mom loved floating the lazy river!

Our second night there, we ventured off to the Hang Out.
it was a great restaurant and very kid friendly!

Mid-week eye update

Date Night!
Thanks to Eli, we were able to get away one night for dinner.

she was so worn out, she fell asleep on the floor!

These boys LOVED the pool! it was a zero entry and they could play by the waterfall for hours.

Josh found a pearl in his oyster at dinner one night.
I took Harper night swimming at the indoor pool and she did a little dance for me!

Building a sand castle with her daddy!

Then stomping on it!

Family picture time!

I don't know why, but I love sleeping pictures!
Dinner out for our last night at the beach
