Meadows Family Christmas

This year, for the Meadows Family Christmas, we spent December 23-25th at Grandmother's house.
Harper loves going there and exploring.  Plus, it doesn't hurt that she is always center of the attention. We were so blessed this Christmas.  We enjoy our time away with family.

She loved these "Hat" cookies.

We opened presents from the family on Christmas eve.

Helping pick out cookies for Santa.
On Christmas Eve, Harper told me she hoped Santa would bring her a cookie (it's all she asked for).
She was so excited when that was her first present she opened from him.

If I had known a cookie would make her that happy...I could have saved a little money.

Our little girl is becoming quite the Princess fan.
She got a few dress up clothes and princess items...and she is obsessed!
Her biggest dilemma right now, which costume to wear!

Holiday Festivities

We have had a lot of fun this holiday season. Below is a random collection of holiday pictures.
Santa came to visit Harper at her school.  Apparently she wanted to climb in his lap over and over, but the smile wasn't happening! :)   But hey, there were not tears! WOO HOO!
One night when Josh was working late, I took Harper to see some lights near our neighborhood.  I love the house next door..."Ditto".
She wanted me to take her picture by the "Momma Allison Deer and Baby Deer" at school.
We went to a client (Josh's) holiday party the week before Christmas.  The older girls there were so sweet with Harper.  They even asked if they could paint her nails. SHE LOVED IT!
I had to capture this picture of Harper and Daddy in their Christmas PJs!
My little Christmas Ballerina!

Just before Christmas, we celebrated my Memaw's birthday.  Harper helped her open her presents.
We loved eating breakfast and spending time with family!
We also had a little playdate with Mason. He isn't so sure about the hats.
We have had a blast this holiday. We will probably need to sleep for a month when it is all said and done!

Harper's Class Christmas Party

Today, Harper had her class Christmas Party. They encourage parents to come while the kids have (basically a 2nd lunch) a snack and then most leave early.  It was "ugly sweater" day at school, but most of the kids had on cute Christmas outfits.  I guess it was mainly for the teachers.

Harper eating her snack with Ms. Candi keeping watch.
The Whole Class (at least for the party) and a few parents.

Harper loved the desserts and juice!

Big hugs for Ms. Niki
And Big Hugs for Ms. Candi.
I love her teachers and her school.  It makes me happy knowing she in such a great place learning so much.  I really feel like school has been a huge blessing for us!
Now, time for Christmas Break!!

Lately

Now that the cold has set in, we have spent a lot of time indoors as a family of 3.  Here are some pictures of the last few weeks.
Family dinner out.
Mommy/Harper Date Night
Getting ready for the holidays (she pulled her tree over last year, so it only half lights up).
She loved having one in her room and decorating!

She was so proud!
After her tree, we decorated more of the house.

Then went to (another) dinner out.
Where's Harper?
There she is!
While I was sick with morning sickness, Daddy and Harper put up our big tree. It was a nice surprise to see and she loved helping!
We have been dealing with night terrors and this one ends up in our bed a few times a month. She looks so peaceful!
We had a little snow in early December.
Rocking a look...not sure what look...but she is rocking it!
Blissfully sleeping in one of her last nights in her crib!
