This past weekend, we celebrated Eli's birthday with her friends on the lake. We did a small family celebration on her actual birthday...but the real fun was on the water.
It was overcast for the first part of the morning, then it turned out to be beautiful.

This past weekend, we surprised Nana and the Gov with a cake and early birthday celebration.
Harper and I baked a cake and she helped us pick out their presents.
Nana: a Spa Gift Certificate & Gov: a new Nike Tennessee Half-Zip.
They watched Gatlin & Houston so we could take Eli out on the boat with her friends for her birthday.

Harper cannot keep a secret, so we "surprised" them as soon as they walked in the door.
We have had a busy summer! Starting in order of newest to oldest...here are pictures from the last two months. I would say the biggest change would be the boys...they are walking everywhere! It is so fun to watch them. It is also nice that they can walk around outside and not scrape up their knees from crawling...or putting everything in their mouths! :) Here are pics from our summer.
