This summer, we spent a lot of time in the pool.
Harper started swim lessons...survival swimming.
We took her everyday (M-F), 10 minutes a day, for 5 weeks.
She was great. The first few lessons she didn't want to be in the pool for long...but after that first week, she was loving it!
It was a bit of a challenge for us, but it was so worth it!

Her last day, Harper did swim lessons in winter clothes.
They like to do this so she is comfortable swimming in her clothes, in case she were to ever fall in while in regular clothes. She had on a sweater, jeans, and shoes!
We love Ms. Erin with Starfish Swimmers!
Now, Harper wasn't the only one in the pool this summer!
We also got in the water babies.
Dad sure does have his arms full.
The boys love being in the water...and they have a pretty good time.
The only challenge is Harper no longer uses floatation devices to swim, so we have to make sure one adult has the boys and the other is focusing on Harper.
Everyone outside! Even Eli!
Showing off how they float!

This summer, Bossy and her friend Karen got a little creative. They discovered a DIY splash pad and I agreed that it would be a great way to beat the heat! We ventured on over to Bossy's house to test out the new "Splash Pad".
Houston clearly loves it!
He is my water boy!
Tons of fun had by all!
